Act as a Part time Finance Director:

•  Coach staff where applicable and ensure they grow in their roles.

 

Act as a Governance/Board coach:

 

•  Attend board meetings for your organisation.

•  Appraise existing board level activities and highlight weaknesses.

•  Develop tailor made policies for the board.

•  Create and develop monitoring reports for the Managing Director or CEO and ensure they meet the board's requirements.

•  Besides formulating a system based approach, we intend to add value through assisting you in becoming great visionary leaders.

•  Join in executive retreats and train board members on best practice as well as sharpening your competitive edge.

•  Create a powerful outcome Policy which will gain more meaning to your organisation.

•  Train on finance for executives to board members and executive staff.

 

Others:

 

•  Train on business growth.

•  Internal audit. Once a year

•  Credit management checks and training.

This will be accomplished over the year and will be organised with a plan upfront as to when each part and section of the service will be taking place.
